£14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
30 pence per mile travel between clients
Enhanced DBS check — fully funded.
About Routes Healthcare
Routes Healthcare is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider, operating for 17 years across
Northern England. We deliver home care to people in their own homes, not care homes. We employ our own care workers — no agency staff. We support people requiring complex care for long-term health conditions, enhanced home care, and end-of-life care.
The Role
You will visit clients' homes to provide person-centred care and support. You may work alone or as part of a two-person team depending on client needs. Your responsibilities include:
● Personal care and support delivered with dignity and respect
● Medication management support
● Meal preparation and nutrition support
● Travel between client visits throughout your shift
Shift Patterns
Full-time and part-time hours available. Shifts run Monday to Sunday; weekend availability required. Shifts are allocated based on business needs and your availability. Once you commit to
a shift, you are expected to complete it reliably. Speak to the recruitment team about routes and shift patterns that suit you.

Essential Requirements
● Right to work in the UK (no employer sponsorship available)
● Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work
● Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care
Desirable
● At least 3 months paid care experience in the UK
