About the RoleWe're looking for a Care Assistant to join our Manchester team. This is hands-on community-based care work - supporting people to live well at home on their terms.What You'll Be Doing- Supporting clients with personal care including washing and dressing- Assisting with medication prompts and administration- Preparing meals and supporting clients at mealtimes- Accompanying clients to appointments and activities- Completing accurate care records after each visitAbout YouYou don't need previous experience - we'll train you from day one. What matters most is that you're reliable compassionate and genuinely want to make a difference.
