Complex Care Assistant - Leeds

£15.69 per hour (including holiday pay)

30p per mile travel allowance between clients

Guaranteed 6-hour paid shifts

This isn't standard home care. Join Routes Healthcare's Regional Complex Care Team, a team of skilled care professionals supporting individuals with complex clinical needs across Leeds and surrounding areas.

Your Shifts

• Early shifts starting from 7:00am
• Late shifts finishing at 11:00pm
• Long day shifts available
• Alternate weekends required

To be considered, you must be available for early, late, and long day shifts, as well as alternate weekends. Rotas are planned one month in advance, and you'll be paid for your full 6-hour shift, even if a client visit is cancelled.

What You'll Do

Working as part of a 2:1 clinical care team, you will support individuals with complex healthcare needs, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning
• Ventilation support
• Spinal injury care

Full clinical training will be provided, and you'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals to develop your skills and confidence.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 6 months' paid UK care experience (complex care experience desirable)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Availability for early, late, and long day shifts, plus alternate weekends
• The right to work in the UK
