About Us
Routes Healthcare is a leading complex care provider — we are a care company, not an agency. We're real people who put individual healthcare needs first. We support people in their own homes, providing specialist 1-2-1 care for clients with complex health needs.
About the Role

This is a hands-on, relationship-based role supporting the client to build routines, develop independence, and enjoy life both at home and in the community.
You'll become a trusted, familiar figure — someone who provides structure, encouragement, and calm, consistent support.
