About the RoleWe're recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to support our growing Wirral team. If you've got experience in care and want to take the next step without stepping away from the clients you love working with - this could be the role for you.What You'll Be Doing- Delivering personal care and support to clients in their own homes- Administering medication and completing accurate records- Supporting and mentoring junior care staff on shift- Flagging any concerns to your care coordinator promptly- Helping maintain care plans and risk assessmentsAbout YouYou'll have experience in a care setting and be ready to take on more responsibility.
