Service Manager – Complex Care
Brighouse | Yorkshire region
Up to £60K Plus Bonus
The role
We're looking for an experienced manager who can lead from the front. Following
a structured induction, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex care
packages — managing clinical teams, driving service delivery, and resolving
problems as they arise.
You'll oversee a range of clinical and complex care needs,
leading nurses and case managers, managing training needs, keeping standards
high, and working closely with integrated care boards, commissioners, and
multi-disciplinary teams. Clients are based in the community across the region,
so regular travel to visit clients and teams is expected.
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience managing complex care packages with clinical interventions
Track record managing teams of healthcare professionals (nurses, case managers)
Solid understanding of CQC compliance and Health and Social Care legislation
Practical commercial awareness — you understand the healthcare market and can
manage budgets
Organised, self-motivated, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves
Full driving licence and access to your own car for work
What we offer
Salary up to £60,000 plus service performance-related bonus
Full-time, permanent role based in Brighouse
Centralised support teams (HR, Payroll, Quality, IT) — so you can focus on
managing care
Routes Academy for your own development and that of your team
In-house recruitment team — we fill vacancies ourselves, no agency reliance
Digital Care Plans making operations more efficient
25 days' holiday, additional bank holiday leave, plus a day off for your
birthday
Pension scheme and Employee Assistance Programme
CQC-rated 'good' — you'll be joining a stable, regulated provider
