Office-based roles at the heart of our local teams — keeping care organised, responsive and running well.
Good care doesn't just happen. Someone has to make sure the right carer is in the right place at the right time — and that when something changes, the whole plan moves with it. That's what coordinating care looks like at Routes.
These are the roles that sit at the centre of our local teams. You'll work closely with care assistants, clients, families and managers — fielding calls, solving problems, managing rotas and making sure nothing falls through the gaps. It's busy, varied work that requires real attention to detail and genuine people skills.
Roles here include care coordinators, care schedulers and healthcare assessors. If you're organised, calm under pressure and care about getting things right, there's a place for you here.
